Farmer's Market Application

Sara Hardy Farmers Market Application

**Due March 6th, 2026**

Location note: Many are aware that the City has approved Lot B for construction and redesign, with an SHFM Pavilion nearing approval. The Advisory Board, DDA, and SEEDS intend to hold the 2026 market season at Rotary Square until construction is complete and a return to Lot B is permitted. However, details such as construction timelines, permits, and other factors are still uncertain. We hope that by the time vendors are accepted into the market, we will have a clearer understanding of what is approved, along with the associated timelines and permits.

Please note: 2026 vendor fees are designed to account for our usual displacement by the National Cherry Fest. This, too, may change, and fees will reflect any adjustment by the start of the 2026 season.

If you apply after the market season has begun, you are not guaranteed a spot in the Sara Hardy Farmers Market, though we will use waiting lists and late applications to meet market needs.

Please fill out one (1) application per farm/business you may represent. Multiple businesses in one (1) application will not guarantee that one or both applications will be received and processed correctly. Please email Kyle if you have multiple farms/businesses and would like your booths to share spaces or be placed near each other.

IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE FILLING OUT THIS APPLICATION, PLEASE CONTACT KYLE AT kwarner@ecoseeds.org
