  • Donations will be limited to a maximum value of $100 per request.
  • Preference is given to events and fundraisers that benefit multiple businesses or the greater downtown community.
  • Requests from the same organization in consecutive years may be subject to review based on demand and impact.

Application & Review Process

Organizations must submit a formal donation request at least 60 days prior to their event. The DDA team will review requests monthly. Requests must include:

  • Organization name, mission, and tax-exempt status (if applicable).
  • Contact person’s name, email, and phone number.
  • Event details (name, date, purpose, estimated attendance).
  • How the gift certificate will be used (raffle, silent auction, etc.).
  • Expected impact on the community and downtown businesses (if applicable).

Approvals will be based on budget availability and alignment with association goals. Submission does not guarantee approval.
